Most unlikely: If damage had been done your baby would be very unhappy particularly with head movementif baby did not cry when this occurred I think you are OK. If baby has full range of motion of his head without discomfort you have done no damage. Do not worry. However, If he seems to have tenderness with head movement see his PCPfor evaluation right away
