Dull constant headache for 3 weeks. not bad just an annoyance in the back of head/forehead. ears have a full feeling sometimes also. what could it be?

Sinusitis?: Might be due to a sinus infection, especially with ear fullness. Try using sterile saline drops/spray to help clear those sinus passages. Make sure you get enough sleep to aid immunity. After 3 weeks, might be time to see if an antibiotic is necessary.
