Many reasons: Endometrial thickness can be from hyperplasia, which can be drug induced (progesterone type drugs) or pregnancy, or from tumor. Please consult your MD for the reason why yours is so thick. Vaginal discharge may be entirely unrelated if it is not blood. Please see your OB-GYN to find out why you have such discharge. They may elect to do more tests to find the answer you are seeking.
