Period 10 days late took a test today it's negative so what's wrong with me ?

Nothing: If you are concerned about possible pregnancy, repeat the test in 7-10 days using first morning urine. If that test also neg, then unlikely you are pregnant. Many, MANY things can delay your period. If no other symptoms ok to wait another 2-3 weeks. If period comes then expect it to be heavier. If still no period, see your gyn provider.
