Hmmm...: If she has not had any kind of sex since 7 weeks ago, and is now newly pregnant, then she is at least about 9 weeks pregnant (7 + 2 = 9, standard way of counting pregnancy dates). If she is 4 weeks pregnant, it means she got fertilized about 2 weeks ago (2 + 2 = 4). If nothing odd happened 2 weeks ago such as waking up with jeans off and underwear on backwards, she can repeat an ultrasound later.
