No: If he has chlamydia, it will be hanging around his internal genital structures. If he got it from you you already have it and both need treatment. If he picked it up elsewhere and you have shares intercourse since, consider yourself infected until proven otherwise. Baby doesn't need to pick this up during birth. Dad doesn't carry it in(or get it) from saliva.
