All you need is one sperm to meet one egg and voila! However, if you're asking a week after the act, it's too early to tell if you're pregnant or not. And too late for emergency contraception. So wait for menses

Yes: 1 egg + 1 sperm cell = possibility of pregnancy. Ejaculation is not required to produce a pregnancy. Pre-ejaculate certainly can contain sperm and should be considered an infectious bodily fluid which can make you pregnant. 4-5 minutes is more than enough time if there is a fertile ovum present. Always use a condom for STD prevention I recommend adding another method for birth control.
