Ruling out: It sounds as though you have had only static ECGs and transthoracic echocardiograms. Neither of these tests "rule out" coronary artery disease and/or ischemia as a cause of your chest pain. A stress echocardiogram is warranted depending on other risk factors. Second, that your CP is relieved with "burping" suggest GI causes: GERD, heart burn, achalasia perhaps. SEE A GI medical doctor too!
