Here are some...: Well-known to us, long-term chronic alcohol abuse has significant negative effect to overall health including testes, sperm production, etc. As to instant negative "drunk" effect onto sperms as inquired, I have not known if there is a study to specifically answer your Q. Nonetheless, people do get pregnant all day long through sex while being drunk.
