Unlikely: If you have a true IgE-mediated allergy to red dye then it will persist whether you are pregnant or not. Furthermore red dye (and other dye) allergies are rare. Sometimes people can develop intolerances to certain additives that are not life threatening. See an allergist to determine if you have a true food allergy or just an intolerance/sensitivity as management of these conditions is different.
