Birthing Fears: Giving birth is a vulnerable experience. You're body is exposed and yes, while pushing you are likely to go the bathroom. When your birthing team, ask you 2 bear down, they are asking you to push like you have 2 poop. Tip-try to normalize the experience before labor. Check in w/ other women who have given birth and ask them about their experience. Also talk 2 your doc or therapist about your fears
