Eating less and exer: The only way to continue losing weight is to consume less calories and increase your activity(daily exercise for 30-45 minutes) avod calorie rich foods like sugars and fats, . Eat plant based foods, eat no meats or milk products. If you avoid pasta and breads and eat more proteins like eggs, low fat milk and nuts, that will help too.
