Can do a preg. test: Symptoms might not be due to pregnancy, but it can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after getting a "weird" period.

See answer: Headaches and heartburn are not symptoms of early pregnancy. It's not clear from your note the date of your LNMP and when this current vaginal bleeding started. If this bleeding occurred on schedule then it's not possible you are pregnant. Implantation bleeding is usually very slight and lasts less than a day usually. If the onset of your period was delayed do a HPT.
