See your Ob/Gyn: Paragard shouldn't make you stop having periods. There is likely some other cause. Pregnancy is one possibility but there are a number of others causes for missing periods. You might repeat the pregnancy test in a couple of weeks to be sure. It would also be a good idea to make an appointment with an Ob/Gyn for tests to determine why you have stopped having periods.
