Probably OK: Orthostasis in the morning when first arising is not that unusual. While you are asleep, your blood pressure and heart rate drop somewhat. This can mean that for a short period you get up, less blood gets to you brain as you stand up. You're on propranolol too, which can worsen these symptoms. Over the first few minutes after standing up, your symptoms should resolve as your body adjusts.
