Does not mean STD: The cause of the bump is not clear. This may not be viral or any type of infection. On the other hand if there is any oral genital sex there can be viral transmission. Also could be manifestation from prior relationship unless you were a virgin prior to this relationship. See a doc and have the "bump" looked at. May have no reason to worry.
