Get tested for STDs: Congratulations for using condoms for sex with potentially unsafe partners. But sometimes condoms fail. The risk of STD is low for any single exposure, even unprotected -- but the actual risk depends on the partner, i.e. the chance he had an STD. Since you don't know, you need to be tested. Every 19 year old needs periodic STD testing, and this would be an excellent time, while it's on your mind.
