I took a plan b pill around 5pm and threw up a few hours later like at 12:30am , i'm afraid the pill won't work since i threw up?

Good thinking but...: After an hour or so, a pill will have been digested. So, after 7-8 hours, there's no need to worry about not digesting the pill. However, anyone who uses emergency contraception should do a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time but not all of the time.
