What sublingual and oral desensitization are available for those with starch allergy's?

None: There is no FDA approved treatment for food allergy although researches are being done on oral desensitization. Avoidance is the key. Incidentally allergy to starch must be very rare . Do note that some flour and starch may be contaminated with mites which may be the cause for the allergic reaction.
