at present i am getting a little pain coming from my left shoulder blade going round my side and under my breast but can seem on top of my breast?

Rib: The most common reason for this is pain from a rib. The ribs usually move with every breath and chest motion. If the rib isn't moving properly or is pulled out of position this can cause the pain you describe. If it is a sharp pain made worse with breathing deep it is ok to wait and see if it goes away. If it lasts more than a day or two see a doctor
