A member asked:

I'm a 40 yr old female. i had an endometrial ablation 4 months ago. i have had spotting at the times i am scheduled to get my period. i did have unprotected intercourse this evening. my partner stated that he did not ejaculate in me, however i'm a nervous

Endometrial Ablation: is not an effective form of contraception. Neither is a statement from your partner that ejaculation did not occur. Plan b would be an appropriate choice if you do not wish to be pregnant. You should be on some form of regular birth control if pregnancy is not in your plans.
