Hi my partner menses start on every 3rd day of month. so what's exact date of her ovulation ?

14 days earlier: Nobody knows her exact time of ovulation. It is estimated to be 14 days before the start of her menstrual period. By marking menstrual periods on a calendar, on can look for a pattern and guess when "14 days before the next period" would be.
