Don't think so: if the finger didn't bleed or there is no redness or swelling, it should heal on its own. Just use some Neosporin topically or take Ibuprofen if needed.

No: Simply keep it clean rinse it with peroxide and apply topical antibiotics .if you see increase redness or notice increase pain see your doctor
