Not likely: HIV is transmitted by blood to blood contact. It usually is transmitted in the course of rough sex breaking through outer skin or membranes and also by the blood transmission from sharing IV needles. Unless your partner has active disease and yours fingers and tongue were simultaneously compromised, you are not likely to be infected.
