Dysmenorrhea : Cramping and nausea result from the hormones and inflammatory changes during menses. Any change from your normal : intensity, length of symptoms should be evaluated by your physician.

Most likely not...: If you have any doubts the only sure way to know the answer is by doing a pregnancy test. If you truly had a period it is unlikely that you're pregnant at the moment.
