48 Hours To Mecca: This is a long shot, but if the diarrhea gets worse, or persists, or you get a fever & start feeling like a sack of manure laid out in the sun, mid-day in the middle of the Sahara--go see a doctor to make sure that rash doesn't indicate an infectious cause of your symptoms. You'll know within 48 hours which way it's going. Keep up with fluids if you can-& if you can't, another reason to see a doc
