Aleve (naproxen) post stroke?: I'm afraid that my answer to your question will be a series of other questions. Was your stroke caused by a blood clot or a ruptured blood vessel? What other medications did your doctor place you on after the stroke? If you are on warfarin (Coumadin) or any other blood thinner, I would not recommend Aleve (naproxen) which is one of the brands of Naproxen. It's best to talk with your physician first.
