Well ...: In theory, Wellbutrin (bupropion) could cause hyperprolactinemia but in all honesty, I've never seen it occur in clinical practice. Also, Klonopin (a medication that works on the GABA system) can actually inhibit prolactin release. So, short answer is ... It's possible but very unlikely. Hope that helps!
