Im worried i might be pregnant have all the early signs but when i did a test it was negative but i have the same feelins i did my first pregnancy

Be patient: Wait a few days and check another pregnancy test. The tests are very sensitive these days. If they continue to be negative, it is unlikely you are pregnant.

You could be: Get a serum pregnancy test- if positive, continue care, if negative and the symptoms continue, repeat it in a week- also, avoid medicines, alcohol, substances, activity etc that is harmful to pregnancy.
