When i take a deep breath i have pain in my left shoulder & on the right side of my chest. pain has lessened greatly w/time, should i be worried?

?Pleurisy: May be musculosketal pain but sounds like its pleuritic in nature. That means it could be related to inflammation of a layer of tissue surrounding the lungs. If its persistent, I would see a physician for further tests, for example, chest XR , blood work,EKG etc.
