Here are some...: I assumed finding 15-20 pus cells / HPF is from semen analysis for male infertility, suggesting some inflammatory or infectious process in seminal vesicles even without symptoms. If needing Rx, it's controversial at times; ask the doc to sort out how this finding is related with infertility. Facts: 35% of infertility is from female; 30%, male; 20%, female & male; 15%, unexplained.
