I was woken by acute upper abdo pain, lasted about 90 mins before i vomited. pain settled enough to fall asleep again. this is the 3rd time in 2mths?

Gallbladder?: If the pain is in the right upper area of your abdomen this may be gallbladder issue. Alternatively it could be stomach ulcer. I recommend an exam and bloodwork to start with.
