Iam 16 my hand growth plates has close still growing i want to stop growing?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If too tall, see Dr.: If one did grow taller last year, there can be growth this year. Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. There's not much a person can do that changes height. If a teen is too tall, his doctor (at his ANNUAL CHECK-UP) can see if there is anything to be worried about.
