Here are some...: Clinically, testicular rotation (torsion) is referred to its twisting to the degree of compromising its vascular circulation leading to variable testicular pain, which usually occurs at its twisting up to 180 or above. As to "what is its normal rotation?", there is no perfectly immobile testis. So, there is no perfect answer for your question, & an anatomically fixed testis will not twist to hurt.
