Go see ur Family Doc: Unfortunately, pelvic area is pretty vague as far as lumps go so it's best that you see your Family Doc for evaluation. Perhaps you have a urinary tract infection (either bladder or kidney) or a sexually transmitted disease (where lump represents swollen gland). Usually these infections lead to painful perhaps even frequent urgent urination. Bottom line, go see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Pare
