More Info Needed: SP02? Why do you have that kind of monitor? That would be an important piece of information. But that aside, with respect to what you've said, a racing heart usually leads to a racing respiratory rate (?anxiety?) which would increase your S02, then, if you calmed down a bit, it would go down too. that's OK as long as the S02 is above 92-94, but that depends on whatever is going on with you.
