Cervix irritation: Because you don't detail what kind of sex toy used I will assume it was one that was used in penetration. At the end of your vagina is a fleshy area called the cervix. During deep penetration it can become irritated and cause pain. Whatever irritation happened appears to have healed since no bleeding with next intercourse.
