YES: There are many theories about why...("retained toxins from bowel etc etc) but none adequately explain the phenomenon ....headaches/malaise definitely accompany Irritable Bowel Syndrome Type C (Constipation) Discuss these symptoms with your Gastroenterologist Hope this helps! Dr Z
