Up to 2 days: blood is rarely used for drug tests as the drugs are cleared from the blood much more quickly than the urine. Hydrocodone is usually detectable in the urine for up to 5 days depending on the sensitivity of the test. The only drug that is detectable for weeks is cannabis.
