Yes and yes: pre- ejaculate semen contains sperms too and there is no definite way of telling that when did you ovulate other than your basal body temperature. The dates give you an approximate date of ovulation and there is a room of error for 3-5 days up or down if you are depending upon dates. So get your self tested for pregnancy.
