Is it normal to have increased discharge after taking a single does of diflucan (fluconazole)?

No: This med is usually given as a single dose and never causes discharge. There are several causes for a discharge which are more likely than yeast. Discuss with your DR.

Not particularly: Common but remember, oral treatments like Diflucan, (fluconazole) for candidal vulvovaginitis can take several days to really start to improve symptoms. So you may have to wait a day or two more to get a sense of if the diflucan (fluconazole) is helping.
