What's your question: So you're nauseous. If you've engaged in unprotected sex, then you might be pregnant, although less likely since you had your period recently. That being the case, perhaps you're suffering from peptic ulcer disease, gall bladder issues (usually painful) & more. It doesn't make sense to speculate further.
