Probably: Light discharge of blood-tinged clear watery fluid is normal after most skin procedures. Sebaceous cysts are often quite deep, and the wounds left can be sore for weeks. Redness of the skin surrounding an incision, especially if spreading, is not normal, but a small area immediately surrounding each stitch can get a little pink. White discharge is not normal. Fever is not normal.
