Yes! : If you have had unprotected sex you should have a test for pregnancy. You probably should also go in to get checked for STDS. Chlamydia and trich can cause spotting. use condoms to prevent STDs. If you don't want to be pregnant, please get on a reliable form of birth control. The IUDs and implant, Nexplanon are the most effective. The Depo shot , pills or the ring are the next most effective
