Is pcos dangerous if we don't do any treatment? bored with diane 35 & don't seem better

Eat less, exercise: Standard weight reduction diet and exercise. Tx w/metformin may help restore normal menses and even fertility for many women. Other medication may be needed if testosterone level is too high. Pcos predisposes to blood pressure, cholesterol abnormalities, infertility, weight gain and diabetes -- none of which are healthy.

PC OS: Yes, we have a good enough understanding knowledge and history of patients with PC os to know that it should be actively managed at all times. If left unattended in a woman does not have regular menstrual cycles she has a very significant risk for cancer of the endometrium-perhaps as high as 25%. Often blood-pressure needs to to be managed as well. The birth control pill is not the only solution and so speak to your doctor about alternatives.
