My tonsils are very enlarged and swollen causing them to push against my uvula when i swallow and touch my tounge, this is making me vomit also.

ENT: If your tonsils are occupy so much space in your throat that you have difficulty swallowing AND touching your uvula, then it is time for removal of both tonsils and adenoids. Consult an ENT specialist ASAP.
