Oh, Not Much...: Depends on the kind of work you do (carry 50 pound sacks of manure up a mountain? Or sit at a desk all day?),your diet, if you get enough sleep, take vitamins, stay hydrated, aren't depressed, if you like your work, if the rest of your life is in order, your work environment is pleasant and the air fresh, natural light if possible, you can take a few breaks during your shift and you are paid well.
