5 days: The answer is 5 days as half life of the isoretinoin is 11 hours and it will be out of system in 5 days . Some prefer to start doxy after. 10 days as some breakdown products remain in your system.Your dermatologist should have given you the directions

This is because the combination of these medicines increases the chance of raised fluid pressure inside the brain (benign intracranial hypertension), which can lead to brain injury. Half life of the isotretinoin is 22 hours. You need x5 half life to eliminate %97 of the isotretinoin. So, wait 4 and half days.
