Hematospermia...: ...is the medical term for blood in semen. It can occur once in a while in entirely healthy men. Sometimes occurs after biking or horseback riding (you can imagine why). It may take a few ejaculations until semen looks normal. If only once or twice and no other symptoms like painful urination or discharge, nothing need be done. If it continues or still concerned, see your doctor or a urologist.
