See doc ASAP: This combination of symptoms -- painful "pimples around my anus", "cut on perineum", and painful defecation -- make me wonder whether you have newly acquired herpes, and also whether you acquired it through anal sex. Of course not possible if not recently sexually active and exposed. In any case, get care ASAP, the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis amd most effective treatment.
